QuoteBro ("we", "us", or "our") operates the QuoteBro platform available at quotebro.com. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our service.
We collect information you provide directly: name, email address, phone number, physical address, project details, and photos you upload. For contractors, we also collect payment information processed securely through Stripe.
We use your information to connect homeowners with painting contractors, process payments, send project notifications, and improve our service. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Your contact information is only shared with contractors after you explicitly choose to hire them. Project details and photos are shared with up to 3 contractors for the purpose of generating quotes. Your address is never shared until you select a contractor.
All payment processing is handled by Stripe. QuoteBro does not store credit card numbers or banking information on our servers.
We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information. Our platform is built on Supabase with row-level security policies to ensure users can only access their own data.
