QuoteBro is a two-sided marketplace connecting homeowners with painting contractors. We facilitate quote collection and contractor selection. We are not a painting company and do not perform painting services.
Homeowners may submit painting projects and receive up to 3 quotes from local contractors. The service is free for homeowners. QuoteBro does not guarantee the quality, licensing, or insurance status of any contractor. Homeowners are responsible for independently verifying contractor credentials before hiring.
Contractors pay a lead fee to submit quotes on homeowner projects. Lead fees are non-refundable once a quote is submitted. Contractors must maintain valid licensing and insurance as required by Nevada state law. Misrepresentation of credentials is grounds for immediate account termination.
All payments are processed through Stripe. QuoteBro charges contractors a lead fee per bid submitted. Fee amounts are displayed before submission. All fees are in US dollars.
QuoteBro is not liable for the quality of work performed by contractors, disputes between homeowners and contractors, or damages arising from contractor services. QuoteBro's liability is limited to the amount of fees paid to QuoteBro in the 30 days prior to any claim.
